On Monday, 28 September, we took part in the second edition of the Poznej Vltavu festival and hosted the final guided walk of this year directly at the future site of the Vltava Philharmonic Hall.
The festival is organised by Kreativní Praha in close cooperation with organisations established by the City of Prague. Its programme connects places and institutions along the Vltava in Prague and offers new perspectives on the river and its surroundings.
During the walk, visitors learned more about the architectural design of the philharmonic hall, the planned transformation of the public space and the future transport solutions for the surrounding area. Before the walk began, visitors could also explore the future interiors and exteriors of the Vltava Philharmonic Hall using VR headsets.
We would like to thank everyone who joined us for their strong interest in the Vltava Philharmonic Hall. Our thanks also go to Petr Hlaváček, Deputy Mayor of Prague, and Jan Kyselý, architect at BIG, who led this year’s final guided walk.
This walk concluded this year’s series of guided visits to the site. We are delighted by the continued interest in discovering the project directly in its future location, and the guided walks will return next year.
