On Tuesday, February 17, 2026, we welcomed Czech President Petr Pavel and Mrs. Eva Pavlová to the roof of the Praha–Bubny railway station. The meeting took place as part of the president's official visit to the capital.
At the beginning of the meeting, Deputy Mayor of Prague Petr Hlaváček presented the location of the future Vltava Philharmonic Hall and acquainted the President with the planned transformation of the Vltava area and the wider Holešovice Bubny–Zátory area.
The project was then presented by project team leader Martin Krupauer. The presentation included an overview of the current status of the project's preparation, the architectural concept, and the broader urban context of the development of the Bubny–Zátory area.
This was followed by a presentation by the Vltava Philharmonic Foundation. Its executive director, Petr Dvořák, and chair of the board of trustees, Jana Marco, outlined the fund's activities and also addressed the topic of return on public investment.
This was followed by a discussion of the new large-scale model of the building, and the president also viewed the design through virtual reality.
We appreciate the interest that the president has shown in the project and the support he expressed during the meeting.
